Almost everyone can benefit from a custom bitters formula. Bitter herbs stimulate & aide digestion, allowing for energy to flow elsewhere in the body. An herbal bitters formula is an alcohol based tincture that is meant to be taken 5-15 minutes before each meal. The bitter taste promotes healthy digestion, and since there are many bitter herbs to choose from, the formulas are easily customizable to fit the needs of the individual. I have made bitters for everything from simply addressing poor digestion, to helping a client work through artist block, to addressing mood and brain fog.
