Bulk Herbs from Small Farms

Today I'm putting a spotlight on the smaller herb farms across the continent selling freshly dried (& fresh) bulk herbs. There are plenty of reasons to buy from small farms from quality of product to supporting the environment. As the owner of a small herbal business, I can tell you that every order matters & counts towards regenerating healthy soil on this presently depleted land and I know many small herb farmers who share that vision. Here at Suntrap, we typically grow only what we plan to use fresh for hydrosols, tincture making, botanical dye, and personal use. What we can't grow enough of ourselves, we buy in from farmers on this list, specifically the ones closest to us. It is a huge relief knowing that we can get gorgeous herbs from farmers who care about soil, habitat and good working conditions - less than 100 miles from our own farm.
